All backed up by a dedicated Account Manager with additional support available from the EverWith customer service team.
By joining our trade authorised retail network you can offer your clients the largest bespoke range of Memorial Jewellery in the UK and generate additional revenue for your business.
You'll have direct telephone and email access to an experienced account manager who can help with any questions you may have and who can offer advice on our range of jewellery.
30 Day Terms
Once your account has been set up we offer the option to pay for your customer's order up to 30 days after it has been delivered.
Pay us, when you’ve been paid.
Here's how it works
- Once your account has been approved we will ship you a Point of Sale starter kit which contains brochures, example jewellery and ashes collection kits.
- You can place your orders via our trade website, or by calling one of our friendly team who will create the order for you.
- Our typical turnaround time is 7 days from receiving the ashes at our workshop.
How do we get paid?
We don't pay commission. You simply charge your customer the full RRP as shown on our trade website. You will then be invoiced the RRP less your Trade Discount percentage.
Pay us, when you’ve been paid
It can be difficult to pay for products you haven't received payment for, especially when you're a small business. With a credit account you can pay up to 30 days after the jewellery has been delivered.

Order additional POS materials quickly, without charge
We offer a range of POS consumables which you can order directly from your online trade account.
What if there is a problem with a customer order?
We have crafted tens of thousands of pieces of jewellery. If your customer has a problem with their order then our excellent customer service team are ready to assist. We also have a workshop capable of resizing rings, polishing, repairing and replating jewellery!
Where will the order be delivered?
As standard we ship directly to your business in order that you can present the jewellery to your customer. If you would like the jewellery to be sent to your customer instead then please just let us know.
Is it difficult to get in touch with EverWith?
We don't have any annoying phone queueing systems. When you telephone us your call will be answered immediately by either your account manager or one of our customer service team.
