We are committed to operating responsibly and to taking steps to identify, reduce and address these risks. The trust our customers place in us matters deeply, and we want the way we do business to reflect that responsibility.

Our business & supply chains

EverWith supplies products and services involving precious metals, most notably jewellery. We source products from the UK, Europe and Asia.

Our supply chains include the products and services used in our jewellery business, alongside the support services that help us operate, including marketing, courier and mail services. Our commitment to responsible business applies across these relationships.

Working with our suppliers

We believe responsible sourcing calls for ongoing attention and open relationships with the businesses we work with. We visit our suppliers regularly and carry out Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) audits with the help of QIMA (a global quality control, compliance, and Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) company).

Supplier visits and audits are part of our approach to understanding and managing risk. We recognise that no single visit or audit can remove every risk, and that concerns need to be investigated and addressed.

Our policy & expectations

Our Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy sets out the zero-tolerance approach we expect of our employees and supply chain partners. It forms part of our wider Code of Conduct and our commitment to ethics and integrity in our business relationships.

We are committed to developing effective systems, controls and operating policies to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and the relationships that support it.

How we identify & address risks

Our approach brings together clear expectations, supplier engagement and action when concerns arise:

• Providing employees with a clearly stated and comprehensive policy on modern slavery.
• Maintaining systems to identify, reduce and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. This may include following relevant operating standards or codes of practice and undergoing audits to assess adherence.
• Visiting suppliers regularly and using Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) audits with the help of QIMA.
• Investigating identified concerns and taking corrective action where needed to restore adherence to our policy, including protecting whistleblowers where applicable.
