The Unisex Sterling Silver Oblong Memorial Ring with Fine Crystals is a band-style ring suitable for use by a lady or a gentleman. It has an oblong inset mount for the coloured resin with the cremation ashes and optional diamond dust in it, and this is bordered on each side by two horizontal rows of shining lead crystals. The Rhodium coating prevents the 925 Sterling Silver from tarnishing.

Ordering Process:
There is no need to worry about what size ring (if applicable) you require at this stage. We will send an ashes kit and order confirmation form which will allow you to measure your ring size. You will also be able to confirm the exact colour resin which you require.
The kit contains:
- Small plastic spoon (we typically need one spoon of ashes for each jewellery piece)
- Ring sizer
- A labelled bag for the ashes
- Order confirmation form and Pen
- Freepost return padded envelope
Once we receive the ashes we will send you a confirmation email. We will then make your jewellery piece. Our standard turnaround time is around 7 days for in-stock Sterling Silver pieces. 9k Gold Pieces typically take around 6 to 8 weeks as they are made to order and are then hallmarked at the Assay office. We will contact you if we expect a delay producing your item.
Your jewellery piece will be beautifully gift-wrapped in a jewellery box with an EverWith® bag, ideal for gifting. Any unused ashes will be returned to you.
Your finished jewellery piece will be dispatched using a next-day delivery courier service with a 1 hour delivery window, with tracking information emailed to you.
The Trade Ordering Process
Step 1 - Place your order
All Jewellery orders are to be placed on your Trade Portal before sending in anyprecious content to EverWith HQ. Log into your account and place your order onbehalf of your client. Choose the ‘payment on account’ option to benefit from30 day terms and don’t forget to apply your discount code!
Step 2 - Send your order
- Place 1 teaspoon of ashes or a lock of hair / fur per jewellery piece into the EverWith resealable plastic bag
- Write the name of the deceased and EW-XXXXX-TRADE reference on the EverWith resealable plastic bag.
- Print and sign a copy of your Order Confirmation Form and send this with your plastic bag in the prepaid padded envelope to EverWith HQ
Step 3 - Jewellery production
Once your order has been physically processed your Trade team will confirm receipt by email and your order will enter our production queue in line with to our current lead times.
Step 4 - Quality control and dispatch
We will send you an email once your order has passed through Quality Control. This will be followed by Courier tracking information and your order will be with you next working day ready for you to check your order.
Step 5 - Receiving your order
Your order will be beautifully wrapped by your jeweller, presented in a gift bag with a Certificate of Authenticity and warranty card ready for your Family.
