As part of our standard service, we provide pre-paid returns envelopes to make sending your families loved one’s ashes or other inclusions to us as simple and convenient as possible. These envelopes are designed to ensure a straightforward and secure return process for you and your family.

For those who would prefer additional reassurance, we also offer a fully tracked 48-hour delivery service, providing enhanced visibility and peace of mind while your returns envelope is in transit.

You can still simply post these in a normal postbox, or for further security they can be taken to a post office. There is also an option to arrange a collection from you.

When sending materials to EverWith, responsibility for the safe delivery of the package remains with the sender and the chosen postal or courier provider until the item has been received and signed for by EverWith.

EverWith cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed or undelivered in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage and tracking details for your records.

Where pre-paid or downloadable labels are provided, these are offered for convenience only and do not transfer responsibility for the package until it has been safely delivered to EverWith.

Please always keep some Ashes (or other inclusions) spare in case of loss, or should more jewellery be required at a later date.
